Rates: $40 -$60
Park Link: The Villages At Turning Stone
This park is conveniently located right off the NY State Freeway in Verona. This is a gem of a park and one you should plan on staying at if you are anywhere near Central NY. As mentioned above we have stayed a number of times here and have yet to be disappointed. They are busy so plan ahead to get the best pull through sites. Overwise you will find very few slots open and they will be back in’s.
On our first visit to the park, we had site #307. Very spacious, plenty of green space and room to spread out. The bath house was a short walk away. The laundry is located in the main building at the front of the property. This site could not have been easier to pull in and move out. It was great waking up in the morning knowing that we had a number of options to walk the dogs. There are walking paths and one-way roadways to get your morning walk or bike ride in. Our second stay was in site #571, this was at the end of a rather large turning circle. The site was a back in, but easily managed with plenty of room to maneuver.
The park activities are all located near the main entrance. A very large pool, Tennis, playground, bocce ball, volleyball you name it its there. If Golf is your sport, your mins away from their world-class golf corses. Like to gamble, the casino is a short 5 mins bus ride away. This park has it all and in the center of numerous activities. Cable TV and great internet caps the location off. Nights are quite, campfires are blazing and it the perfect setting in the woods of Central NY. I have to give this resort ⛺️⛺️⛺️⛺️⛺️ out of 5 tents review. It is a destination location and one you should not pass up.
Laundry/Bathhouse: The bathhouses are cleaned regularly, and are very clean. The Laundry is great, but located at the front of the property so you will be driving to that.
Grocery: You have plenty of opinions in downtown Oneida.
Restaurants: Head to the casino of any variety of food you are looking for. The restaurants are great and it is a shuttle ride away.
Activities: Weekend activities abound. You can find just about anything you are interested in, golf, swimming, bike riding, beaches, the works.
